IoT Monitoring Architecture Review

Understand why your monitoring pipeline loses data, drifts in time, or makes diagnosis difficult—and leave with a prioritized improvement plan.

A defined review, actionable deliverables

  • One 60-minute online discovery meeting.
  • Review of one sensor-to-dashboard pipeline using supplied diagrams, redacted configurations, sample data, and screenshots.
  • An annotated architecture diagram and technical report with prioritized recommendations.
  • One 60-minute findings meeting and one clarification revision.
  • Delivery within five working days after receiving complete materials.

What we examine

  • Connectivity and MQTT configuration.
  • Timestamps, missing data, and storage.
  • Dashboard usability and basic access controls.

Scope and preparation

Implementation, hardware installation, continuous monitoring, emergency support, and penetration testing require a separate agreement. Supply redacted materials; never send passwords or private keys.
